Our season opener is Monday at home vs. Bellingham. Although the meet starts at 3:30, all athletes are expected to be at the track by 2:45 to help set up, especially the hurdles for the first event.

On the track - Boys first, girls second for each

Girls LJ, then Boys LJ...then Boys TJ, Girls TJ (only one pit will be used at a time, unless we have extra officials)
High Jump - Boys, then Girls
Shot Put & Discus - Girls, then Boys
Javelin - Boys, then Girls
Points - 5 for a 1st place finish, 3 for a 2nd place finish, 1 for a third place finish
Winning 4x1 and 4x4 teams each get five points (1.25 points for each of the four runners)
Remember 9 points (1 point per meet) earns you a varsity letter!
