7:30 - Arrive at Holliston High School. Locker rooms will be open if you need to get your gear. This meet DOES allow spikes with implements. No bib # needed, just your uniform. If you're wearing spandex or compression shorts, they have to be a solid color and anyone on the same relay has to be wearing the same color.
7:45 - Depart for Reggie Lewis Center. Don't be late, the bus won't wait.

High Jump Relay starts after the shuttle hurdles and shuttle dash are finished on the infield, 10:45 at the earliest. Opening height is 4'4, teams jump in alphabetical order.
