Division 3 Relays Schedule

Here is the schedule for the Division 3 State Relays at Burlington High School on Saturday. It’s a different format from most meets. In the morning, the girls compete in the running events while the boys compete in field. They switch around noon, although field events depend on how soon the first group finishes. For example, girls long jump may end at 11:30, but girls discus might not end until 12. So if you’re in a later field event, you need to keep an eye on the one that precedes you, particularly if you’re in the first flight.

If you are competing only in the afternoon, you or your parents can drive you in, but your parents have to e-mail me ahead of time. Also, anyone competing in the afternoon has to be present by 10:45 (girls field) or 11 (boys running). Takes about 45 minutes to get to Burlington.

7:30 Be at Holliston HS. Locker rooms will be open. Please note – since it’s a relay meet, anyone in a running relay has to have the same (solid) color if they wear any visible undergarments (like spandex).

7:45 – Bus leaves for Burlington

8:30/8:40 – Bus arrives at Burlington

9:30 – Boys Field Events start

Long Jump – Ciarcello, Donovan, Hebert (Flight 3 of 4)

Javelin – Wolfson, Jacobson, Waddell (first flight, so right at 9:30)

10:00 – Girls Running Events

10:00 – Girls 4x1600 (Salley, Mejia, Irons, Datz)

10:25 – Boys 4x1600 (only running event guys have in the morning)

10:50 – Girls Shuttle Hurdles

11:05 – Girls 4x100 (K. Shaughnessy, C. Ward, Daly, Dolan)

11:15 – Girls Sprint Medley (Snow-800, M. Ward-200, Bagley-200, Lorenzen-400)

11:25 - 4x800

11:45 - 4x200 (Davis, Foster, Crowley, Daly)

11:55 - Distance Medley

12:10 - 4x400 – (Bagley, Mejia, Snow, Lorenzen)

Approximately 11:30 – could be earlier/later

High Jump – Madison Ward, Caroline Ward, Snow

Long Jump – Lorenzen, Mejia, Daly (First flight)

Triple Jump – Madison Ward, Caroline Ward, Kozubal (4^th flight of 4)

Shot Put – Alves, Lamb, Langton (1^st flight)

Discus – Lamb, Gentile, Galeaz (3^rd flight of 4)

Javelin – Alves, Porter, Langton (4^th flight of 4)

12:40 - Boys 4x100 (Ratcliffe, Hebert, Ciarcello, McIsaac)

12:50 - Boys Sprint Medley (M. Glazebrook-800, McIsaac-200, Bennie-200, Brown-400)

1:00 - Boys 4x800

1:20 - Boys 4x200

1:30 - Boys Distance Medley

1:50 - Boys 4x400 – Brown, Ciarcello, Sofoul, Bennie

2:30 (estimated) – leave Burlington. Will be stopping on way back for food (specifically, Ben & Jerry’s in Natick).
